Welcome to Ravensworth Church of England School, a unique and truly special place for children to learn. Our children love school, they have the confidence to grow in responsibility and independence and they leave us as flourishing citizens equipped for a journey of lifelong learning.

We are a very small school catering for children from 4 – 11 years situated in beautiful grounds in the village of Ravensworth. As part of ‘Cornerstone Schools’, we benefit from working very closely with three other schools

Cornerstone Schools are four rural schools who share one headteacher and senior leadership team. We have a joint curriculum and subject leadership is shared over our sites. The staff of the four schools work closely together, meaning that we benefit from a large staff team whilst still retaining the unique warm and caring character of our individual small schools.

School staff and pupil leaders work together to provide an exceptional curriculum and enrichment opportunities and we believe that every child should be encouraged to achieve the highest standards possible, in an atmosphere where all success, great or small, is properly celebrated.
